This is my blog documenting my journey to opening up my own school. I have been a teacher an administrator and now I think that I have the best idea for a great school!!! I am going to open up a dual language school that teaches Mandarin-English, Spanish, English, and Korean-English. I know that there are so many people in the Phoenix area that would love for their children to grow up to be bilingual, biliterate and bicultural. The first step that I did was build a website. I'm still working on it but it is exciting the address http://www.bambinischool.com Come and visit and leave me feedback about what looks good and what needs improvement. The next step that I have to do is wait for the first workshop that is given by the Arizona Department of Education. When I called them they said that I can't do anything until I attend this informational workshop. I can't wait.
We just found out that my wife is pregnant so I can't wait to get my school going so that my son/daughter can attend. Well here is the beginning to a long journey that I know is going to be a fullfilling addition in my life.
